How to order?

1. Answer the slot reservation form found in our Instagram bio and our Facebook page pinned post.
2. Wait for our team to message you to confirm your slot, discuss cake design, and modes of payment.
3. Pay within 24 hours to finalize your order.

Where are you located? Do you deliver?

1. We are located in Cubao, Quezon City.
2. Delivery is via Lalamove MPV/Grab Car. We highly discourage delivery via motorcycles for our regular cakes as they are prone to damage and melting even with an insulated box.
3. Customers are responsible for booking and paying for their delivery.
4. Customers may also opt for personal pick-up.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

If you cancel your cake order, for any reason, 25% of the total price is a non-refundable retainer. If you cancel within 3 days of your pick up date, you forfeit the entire value of the order.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE:

We try our very best to execute customer’s request; however, we can’t guarantee that we can exactly replicate your design/peg as we have our own style.

NO RUSH ORDERS

No cancellation. All our cakes are custom made and we allot time and effort in fixing schedules, baking, and designing your cakes.

We will not be liable in case of damage during transport.
